INFORMATION CONCERNING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN UNIKAT GASTRONOMIC AND ACCOMMODATION.

Please be advised that:

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
a / booking a hotel room Art.6 par.1 lit.a GDPR – consent of the data subjects
b / performance of the hotel service agreement Art.6 par.1 letter b GDPR – for the purpose of concluding the agreement
c / handling submitted incoming inquiries electronically, Art.6 (1) (a) GDPR – consent of the data subject
d / marketing of the administrator’s services, Art.6 (1) (a) GDPR – subject to the consent of the data subject

e / ensuring the safety of people staying in the hotel by collecting the phone number of the person using the hotel services Art.6 par.1 letter f GDPR f /

in order to fulfill a legal obligation / issuing an invoice for services / Art. 6 sec. 1

letter c of the GDPR

The recipients of personal data may be:

a / companies providing marketing services / applies to people who have agreed to receive commercial information /

b / provider of the application for sending commercial information / applies to persons who have made a reservation, are a party to the contract /

c / entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions

d / provider of the hotel services booking platform / if the booking is received via the booking portal /

Personal data will be stored:

a / regarding submitted inquiries – 30 days from the end of correspondence

b / regarding submitted reservations – 12 months from the date of reservation

c / regarding the implementation of the contract for hotel services needed to be issued

invoices – 5 years from the next year in which the hotel stay took place.

d / processed for marketing purposes – until the consent of the person concerned is revoked

e / telephone numbers, details of an accompanying person – up to 30 days.

You have the right to request the Administrator to access personal data, the right to rectify it, delete it or limit processing, and the right to transfer it.
Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in;

a / refusal to provide hotel services

b / refusal to book – in the case of booking a room.
